Our menu might be small for now as we’re focusing entirely on making the classics taste incredible. The secret to our pizza is “Tony”—our naturally cultivated sourdough starter, lovingly named by our nephew! We hand-mix our dough and slow-ferment it for a full 72 hours, resulting in a beautifully light, digestible base with that signature crisp finish.
